Shipping and Delivery

We use Australia Post and our courier delivery services to ensure all packages are delivered safely. If possible, please provide a street address for delivery as they may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers. If you are not home at the time of delivery you can specify a re-delivery or give authority to leave. You will be sent your parcel tracking ID via email once the shipment is made and you will be able to track it online.

Shipping Info

You will receive tracking information once your order is ready for dispatch. We also provide Free Local pickup from our warehouse in Thomastown 3074.

Shipping Charge

We offer a flat rate shipping service of $19.99 across Australia. Delivery charges for our garden edging products start at $90 and may vary accordingly based on the order and location it is going to. Free shipping over $250 applies to all products excluding garden edging products.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Transit time

Shipping transit time is 3-10 business days depending on your location. If you have not received your order within 13 business days, please notify us by email at [email protected]

Lost in transit

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Gardening Direct Australia immediately, this will be given special priority and we will endeavor to repair or replace your item as soon as possible. For any incorrect items received, all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.
