Refund/cancellation policy

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Gardening Direct Australia immediately, this will be given special priority and we will endeavour to repair or replace your item as soon as possible. For any incorrect items received & damaged items, all delivery charges will be refunded back onto you credit/debit card.

Change of mind/exchange

We understand that our customers can change their mind or make mistakes at checkout. If a change of mind or modification to an order is required, please contact us on the same day for this to be honoured as we may have already processed your order after that.

Cancelation fees apply on card payments which we are unable to be reimbursed for on by our Stripe gateway.

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied, you choose the wrong items, or don’t like the item, you may return the item to us, however please make contact within 24 hours of your orders arrival for this to be honoured. In the circumstance that you are unable to open your order on arrival within the 24 hours, please still contact us and we may still be able to offer you a solution. All shipping back to Gardening Direct Australia is paid for by the customer once the item is received in all original packaging and after inspection. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once we have received the goods back. Returned items must be in original selling condition.
