ONLINE PURCHASES/ CLAIMS 

Here at Gardening Direct Online, we are able to refund an item only if they are defective or faulty. If the item that you’ve received is faulty, please email us within 7 days of obtaining your product at sales@directgardening.com.au Please provide us with your order number and details of the defective item. We may require photo/video proof of the defective item.

Gardening Direct Online will not be held liable for any damages caused to any products during courier transit. Refunds or an exchange will be provided when a claim has been processed and approved by the courier provider. Please email us at sales@directgardening.com.au for any other damage enquires.

CHANGE OF MIND/ EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, here at Gardening Direct Online, we do not offer a ‘change of mind exchange’, so please be mindful before checking out your items.

PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa Credit Card and PayPal. All card payments will be redirected via PayPal for processing.
