All orders are processed within 3 business days of the purchase date. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please notify us by email at sales@directgardening.com.au
We use a courier delivery service to ensure all packages are delivered safely. If possible, please provide a street address for delivery as they may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. If you are not home at the time of delivery you can specify a re-delivery or give authority to leave. You will be sent your parcel tracking ID via email once the shipment is made and you will be able to track it online.
